If you or your students are planning to travel abroad to conduct research, attend a conference, or participate in an international experiential learning activity, this International Learning Community session will provide information about International SOS, the system for safety abroad that Western International has invested in. International SOS Information Session

Location: The Chu Centre, International and Graduate Affairs Building (second floor). Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
Information about the session: Western International has invested in global medical and security assistance through International SOS. This program is designed to keep faculty and students healthy, safe, and secure while they are traveling or living abroad.
Crystal Stewart (Senior Client Service Manager) and Jamie Sawyer (Business Development Director & National Director, Account Management) from International SOS will provide a 15-minute overview of their services, followed by a Q&A. They will also place a ‘test call’ to International SOS so that attendees can hear first-hand how the assistance centre responds to a call from a traveler.
