Family Law Funding

The Law Foundation of Ontario invites applications from across Canada to the Access to Justice Fund in the area of family law, including child protection. Applications are welcome involving projects that help improve and foster innovations in the ways the public understands and deals with family law matters.

Amount: Up to $250,000 – Major Family Law Grant

Deadline (Letter of Intent): October 2, 2017

Small Responsive Grant

Responsive Grants aim to encourage new ideas, innovations, and relationships that can help address emerging needs and connect more people to legal information and supports, especially people who are not currently being reached.

Amount: Up to $15,000 – Small Responsive Grant

Deadlines: September 1, 2017 and March 31, 2018

Major Responsive Grant

The Law Foundation of Ontario also offers a Major Responsive Grant with aims similar to the Small Responsive Grant.

Amount: Up to $100,000

Deadline (Letter of Intent): March 31, 2018
