Western is now subscribed to InCites which is a customized, citation-based research analytics tool. Research Western and Western Libraries are also in the process of hiring a bibliometrician to support the research community in the use of this program as well as other needs in this area.  Access to InCites is now available to all Western faculty, staff and students on campus computers via incites.thomsonreuters.com
