Effective May 15, 2018 the Equity and Diversity Questionnaire must be completed by all participants (excluding Collaborators) on their next CIHR application in order for the Nominated Principal Applicant to be able to submit. The questionnaire is not required at the Registration phase of a competition, only prior to submitting the full application.
The questionnaire, completed via ResearchNet, will be saved to your ‘ResearchNet Account Settings’ for future competitions, so only one questionnaire is required. Once completed, the questionnaire can be reviewed and/or updated at any time.
