Two information sessions will be held for researchers interested in applying to Round 14 of the Ontario Early Researcher Awards. All are welcome to attend.
1. Ministry of Research, Innovation and Science (MRIS) ERA Information Session

Tehani Mott, Senior Policy Advisor at MRIS, will be visiting Western to provide an overview of the ERA program, the ERA application, and the review process.
2. Research Development ERA Information Session
Thursday, May 10, 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
Somerville House, Room 2316
Carolyn Paterson and Julaine Hall, Research Development will present strategies for success, lessons learned from past rounds, and the supports available for ERA applicants through Research Development. Mark Daley, Associate Vice-President (Research), will provide a perspective from an ERA review panel, the review process, and what makes successful applications stand out to reviewers.
Details of the ERA program, along with resources and Western’s support and timelines, are available on the website and will continue to be updated. Slides from both presentations will be posted on the website following the sessions.
