In preparation for the Fall 2020 CIHR Project Grant competition, the Schulich Research Office in collaboration with Western Research is hosting a Virtual Panel Discussion about CIHR Project Grant Peer Review.

The panel members will consist of staff from Western Research and faculty who served as a chair or reviewer for the CIHR Spring 2020 Project Grant competition:
- Cheryle Séguin, Department of Physiology and Pharmacology
- Dale Laird, Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology
- Lakshman Gunaratnam, Department of Medicine
- Jennifer Hancock, Western Research Grants Officer
- Mariam Hayward, Western Research Knowledge Exchange and Impact Manager
They will share their advice regarding CIHR project grant application and proposal preparation based on their experience and answer any questions you may have. This event will be of interest to anyone involved in putting a CIHR Project Grant Application together and is open to faculty, staff and trainees interested in attending.
If you have specific questions for the panel members you can send them in advance to maryann.pollmann-mudryj@schulich.uwo.ca. There will also be opportunities to ask questions at the panel discussion.
