Law for the Future Fund – Canadian Bar Association

The Law for the Future Fund provides financial support for innovative Canadian research projects in the field of law.

Amount: unspecified (amounts granted vary from $5000 – $45,000)

Deadlines:
Faculty Research Office: At least 1 week before the agency deadline (2-3 weeks earlier if you wish feedback on your application – submit to Karen Kueneman)
Research Services: At least 1 week before the agency Deadline
Canadian Bar Association: May 1, 2021

Description: The Law for the Future Fund sponsors projects that are of national interest and/or are of benefit to the general public. Projects must be in one of the following fields: Legal research; Legal education; Legislation and law reform; Administration of justice.

Grants awarded in previous years

A ROLA proposal must be completed with the application.
