In response to a request from the research community, the Secretariat on Responsible Conduct of Research has prepared a message on the application of the Tri-Council Policy Statement: Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans, TCPS 2 (2018) during the current COVID-19 publicly declared emergency.
